Cutest Kids Reminder

I want to remind everyone that the contest ends at Midnight February 1st. The voting has been lively, and I am glad we have so many participating.

I have heard some concern from a few individuals that some people might be utilizing different techniques to help boost their vote count. Just as a precaution, I have made a few slight changes on the back end operation of the voting. I hope no one is cheating, but these changes should make cheating more difficult.

Once again, if anyone has trouble with these changes making their voting not possible please let me know.
